ส่วนสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้แอบพลิเคชันที่นี่รูม
- หากประสงค์จะใช้งาน หรือเชื่อมข้อมูลผู้ใช้ รวมถึงข้อมูลการชำระค่าบริการต่างๆ เพื่อให้ใช้งาน แอบพลิเคชันที่นี่รูม ได้บนอุปกรณ์ (device) หลายเครื่อง เช่น Android และ iOS เป็นต้นหรือมีส่วนร่วมใดๆ บน แอบพลิเคชันที่นี่รูม ท่านจะต้องสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ด้วย Facebook Google หรือ อีเมล์ด้วยระบบลงทะเบียนของ แอพพลิเคชั่นที่นี่รูม และเลือกชื่อผู้ใช้ของตนเอง สมาชิกควรให้ข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และให้ข้อมูลที่มีความทันสมัย (สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Facebook หรือ Google เราจะไม่มีข้อมูล password ของท่านในระบบ (นอกจากนี้ เราจะไม่โพสต์ข้อความใดๆ ลงบนโปรไฟล์ของท่านหากไม่ได้รับอนุญาต) (“บัญชี”)

- เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการสมัครสมาชิกหรือยกเลิกชื่อผู้ใช้ตามดุลพินิจของ แอบพลิเคชันที่นี่รูม สมาชิกเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการใช้บัญชีของท่านเองและตกลงที่จะปลดเปลื้อง แอบพลิเคชันที่นี่รูม จากภาระหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บัญชีของท่านเอง สมาชิกไม่สามารถอนุญาต โอนสิทธิ์บัญชีของตนเองให้แก่บุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากเราเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

ข้อมูลความเป็นส่วนตัว

สิทธิของบริษัทฯ
บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิยกเลิก ระงับ ลบเนื้อหาการแสดงความคิดเห็นหรือบัญชีของท่าน (“ยกเลิกบริการ”) โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าหากบริษัทฯ พบว่าท่านได้ละเมิดหรือการกระทำใดๆ ที่ขัดกับเงื่อนไขแห่งสัญญานี้ ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกบริการดังกล่าว
บริษัทฯ อาจเพิกถอนการเข้าถึงบริการของท่านโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบ รวมถึงการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการของบริษัทฯ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าให้ทราบทั้งนโยบายส่วนบุคคล กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ ข้อกำหนดตามกฎระเบียบหรือการรักษาความปลอดภัย การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคนิคในบริการของบริษัทฯ
บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิในการแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งหมดและถือว่ามีผลบังคับใช้ทันที ดังนั้น โปรดตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขทุกครั้งที่ใช้บริการของบริษัทฯ กรณีท่านไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไขที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ท่านจะไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบการใช้บริการได้

- บริษัทขอแนะนำให้คุณตรวจสอบนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของระบบที่เชื่อมโยงจากระบบนี้ เพื่อจะได้ทราบและเข้าใจว่าระบบดังกล่าวเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอย่างไร ทั้งนี้บริษัท ไม่สามารถรับรองข้อความ หรือรับรองการดำเนินการตามที่ได้มีการประกาศไว้ในระบบดังกล่าวได้ และไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆ หากระบบเหล่านั้นไม่ได้ปฏิบัติการหรือดำเนินการใดๆ ตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวที่ระบบดังกล่าวได้ประกาศไว้เพื่อประโยชน์ในการรักษาความลับและความปลอดภัยสำหรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ระบบ จึงได้กำหนดระเบียบภายในหน่วยงานเพื่อกำหนดสิทธิในการเข้าถึงหรือใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ

เนื้อหาทั้งหมดที่มีในบริการของบริษัทฯ เช่น เนื้อหา ข้อความ กราฟิก โลโก้ ปุ่มไอคอน รูปภาพ และอื่นๆ โดยรวม อีกทั้งซอฟต์แวร์ที่ใช้ในแอปพลิเคชันล้วนเป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งได้รับความคุ้มครองภายใต้กฎหมายไทยและกฎหมายสากลอย่างไม่จำกัดว่าด้วยลิขสิทธิ์และกฎหมายอื่นๆ ที่คุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและสิทธิของบริษัทฯ ท่านตกลงที่จะไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอื่นๆ ข้อมูลและข้อจำกัดที่มีอยู่ในเนื้อหาใดๆ ที่เข้าถึงได้ผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชัน ท่านยินยอมที่จะคอยติดตามและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และกฎหมายอื่นๆ รวมถึงคำบรรยายหรือข้อบังคับอื่นๆ

– ทำซ้ำ ส่งต่อ แจกจ่าย เผยแพร่ ขาย ออกอากาศ หรือถ่ายเทเนื้อหาที่ได้รับผ่านบริการให้แก่ทุกคนโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตก่อน
– มีส่วนร่วมในการคัดลอดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือเก็บเนื้อหาหรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือใช้วิธีการอัตโนมัติอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล
– ดำเนินการใดๆ ที่มีการถ่ายข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่เกินความจำเป็นหรือไม่สมเหตุสมผลในเครือข่ายหรือโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเรา

– พยายามที่จะแก้ไข แปล ถอดรหัส แปลกลับทางวิศกรรม หรือสร้างผลงานลอกเลียนแบบของซอฟต์แวร์ใดๆ ที่ประกอบด้วยหรือมีลักษณะที่ประกอบขึ้นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบริการ

- ท่านตกลงและยอมรับว่าการให้บริการบนแอปพลิเคชัน บริษัทฯ มีมาตรการการป้องกันและระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามมาตรฐานในการป้องกันละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และป้องกันความเสียหาย บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำใดๆ อันเกิดจากระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต การเชื่อมต่อ อุปกรณ์ หรือบุคคลภายนอกที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมการดำเนินการของบริษัทฯ ในการเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต การสร้างความเสียหายแก่ข้อมูลหรือโปรแกรม การก่อกวนการทำงานของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์หรือเครือข่าย การเข้าถึงระบบหรือเครือข่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และการจารกรรมข้อมูล
- หากท่านไม่ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับการใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน บริษัทมีสิทธิเพิกถอนสมาชิกภาพ งดให้บริการ ลบข้อมูล ลบบัญชี หรือกระทำ การใดๆ ต่อข้อมูลและบัญชีของท่าน เพื่อเป็นการป้องกัน แจ้งเตือน ต่อสาธารณะได้โดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า และบริษัทฯ ไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบ ในความเสียหายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้เมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งผู้ใช้งานให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
การใช้งาน
